Well, my experience was NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. The staff was good except the lady that kept ANSWERING her phone while trying to locate my veins and give me an IV!!!! I was in the HALLWAY and not in a room, it was EXTREMELY noisy, I mean we are talking about a hospital!!!!! From my POV all phones should be on SILENT or VIBRATE in the ER! I arrived at 6pm and left at 4am, which is absolutely too long for A SICK person to wait, That was THE worst experience ever.. But some of the STAFF WAS AWESOME, but the LITTLE THINGS COUNT ALSO!
