The center stone of my wedding ring (only 7 months old) has turned yellow! I brought it in that way for them to fix/replace it and they sent it to the corporate office (it was there for 6 weeks) and returned in the same condition. The only was that i can replace it, is to UPGRADE (buy something double in value) or to lose the stone under my warranty. Nobody will fix this and I am so frustrated. Kevin Jewelers is very poor quality and i will never go back! more
