I needed to replace a diamond in my wife's ring, and they were extremely helpful. They explained all of our options given our budget. We got the most bang for our buck, and still came under what we expected to spend. My wife was really excited to wear her newly fixed ring, and love the way they made the ring sparkle like new. This is the best place in town for jewelry period! more

Kevin Jewelers did provide a friendly & relaxed environment...I explained exactly what I wanted and they promptly followed through!! It wasn't like my previous experiences with other jewelers/sales people. They are professional, honest and knowledgeable. See them it's worth the trip!!! more

I had a sensational experience shopping for an engagement ring at Kevin Jewelers. So great in fact that I purchased from them as well. The helpful staff walked me through the basics of diamonds and even contributed to proposal ideas. Given the expensive purchase I was more comfortable in giving them my money because the amount of services I received was well worth it. more

Excellent Service - excellent ring! My fiancee bought my engagement ring here after a friend referred to me. To be honest, neither of us knew anything about diamonds. They helped my fiancee find the best diamond for his budget...helped pick a great style, setting, etc. They educated my fiancé and took the time to really show him what a good diamond was. When we went back the next day to get the ring sized and everyone was very nice and helpful. The sizing took only about 10 minutes and we were on our way. Great ring, great service. I have been engaged for almost 2 weeks and haven't stopped smiling yet. My fiancé planned the perfect proposal and got down on one knee holding the perfect ring (that I haven't stopped looking at). It's a beautiful circle cut diamond with magnificent diamonds on the band. The ring is 100% classic. My fiancé said Kevin Jewelers was an amazing jeweler and so helpful to a new groom to be. We're so happy with the service Kevin provided and we can't wait to pick out our wedding bands with her! more

I just want to say the customer service at Kevin Jewelers is great to work with. I called and he answered all of my questions and even finished my order for me. When we did receive the rings, they were engraved perfectly and they looked even better than the pictures on their website. It was a great comfort for a stressed out bride. more

I wanted a good price for my gold ring. I searched for gold buyers and came across Kevin Jewelers. A further check about their business gave me positive response about them. So I approached them with my gold and I must say that I was very happy with. They offered me a good price. Easy to deal with! more

Wish I could rate them ar a 0 star. Heard their commercial about paying 50% more for jewelry. Don't believe it. I brought in a 2 tw carat engagement ring in 14K gold and the best they would give me is 800.00. I laughed at the guy and took it to a Jewelry appraiser and he gladly gave me 2500.00. more

Frustrated! 4/1/2011

The center stone of my wedding ring (only 7 months old) has turned yellow! I brought it in that way for them to fix/replace it and they sent it to the corporate office (it was there for 6 weeks) and returned in the same condition. The only was that i can replace it, is to UPGRADE (buy something double in value) or to lose the stone under my warranty. Nobody will fix this and I am so frustrated. Kevin Jewelers is very poor quality and i will never go back! more

the management at kevins jewelers/sabie acceptance.this company has been the worst company to do business with. They called me almost every month and said I didnt pay my bill when I did saying i need to pay late charges and then say we are so sorry you are the wrong person. I WONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN I GIVE THIS COMPANY NO STARS more
