3/30 was my fourth cleaning and I was happy with it. We've had some mis-steps previously, but what is nice about the service is that they are very responsive to feedback and making things right. I had something from last cleaning that bothered me (couch cushions were completely askew and left that way), and I simply asked them to make sure they did it this time. They are always very cheerful and they don't get defensive when you give feedback. If you can't or don't want to communicate about issues directly with the cleaners for any reason, you can speak to Alicia and she is very responsive also. That having been said I still have some doubts that they are doing all they say they will do with a deluxe cleaning, but overall I am satisfied and will continue to use them.
