not bad for first time 4/5/2011

Good: My husband is a stickler about cleaning and has a very high expectation. The downstairs maid was great he said she deserves a 5/5 or 10/10.. Bad: The upstairs maid did not get all of the baseboards. She would say she was finished and my husband would go up and find things half-cleaned. The upstairs maid deserves a 3/5 or 7/10.. Improvements: To continue the service, I need people with a high attention to detail.. Other: All in all, the service provided was still much better than any other service I have used. There was just such a difference between the upstairs and the downstairs that the "mediocre" cleaning stood out.. more

Budget and Premium Cleaning Combo 4/4/2011

I have been using Two Maids & a Mop for about 3 months. The first few cleanings were not perfect, but that is to be expected when the team is learning a new house and new personal preferences. But after I made a few requests and left a few notes, the last few cleanings have been great. The girls are always on time, efficient, and very friendly. They are even nice to my pets. The house always looks and smells clean when they are done and they usually do anything I ask for. I use a combination of Budget one week and then Premium 2 weeks later and that works perfectly for me. I recommend Two Maids & a Mop to all my friends. They do a great job and I find them completely reliable. more

Gettting Better with feedback 3/31/2011

3/30 was my fourth cleaning and I was happy with it. We've had some mis-steps previously, but what is nice about the service is that they are very responsive to feedback and making things right. I had something from last cleaning that bothered me (couch cushions were completely askew and left that way), and I simply asked them to make sure they did it this time. They are always very cheerful and they don't get defensive when you give feedback. If you can't or don't want to communicate about issues directly with the cleaners for any reason, you can speak to Alicia and she is very responsive also. That having been said I still have some doubts that they are doing all they say they will do with a deluxe cleaning, but overall I am satisfied and will continue to use them. more

The women who provided my premium service on 3/23 went above the usual standard, and I really appreciate it. Whoever cleaned the walk-in shower did an expecially thorough job. I hope that she/they can return and keep up the high standards. more

Hard Cleaning going on. five stars 3/23/2011

Yesterday I had 2 regulars and a Trainee show up at my door. Early, What a pleasant suprise. They were pleasant, well groomed, well spoken and ready to work. I showed them where to start and they cleaned with a purpose. I was having an issue with some grout on our tile floor in the kitchen and one of the young ladies got down on her hands and knees and scrubbed that tile like it has never been cleaned before. I was impressed, they took ,no breaks and used the time I had paid for to complete everything I had asked of them. Call 2 maids and a Mop. You will love the owner being hands on during your homes first visit and you will be calling them back. 5 stars for me. more

We were the most pleased we have been with this third cleaning. This was a premium clean, and there were a few minor things left less than par, but overall I was quite pleased. more

The 2 ladies that cleaned my home last week did a very good job. It looked and smelled clean. They arrived promptly and worked the entire time they were here. They each had positive attitudes and worked well together. They also do the things I ask them to do. I'm so glad they were here and hope to see them again and again. more

overall, they did a nice job. My shower wasn't quite as clean as I would have hoped, but everything else looked really good. The house was very dusty and they did an excellent job hitting all the surfaces. Will use again. more

Cleaning service 3/20/2011

I was a little shocked that they said it was only going to take them 1:45 minutes to clean my house. I'm paying for the premium service once a month and they said they would do a deep cleaning over time. I was pleased that my house was somewhat clean, but they totatlly lacked on the dusting. I'm going to continue to use them a couple more months and see if I notice a cleaner house. more

I have been using Two Maids & A Mop for over a year now. Every once in a while there's a week when the service isn't quite as good as usual, but generally speaking they do a great job with my home (which features two kids and two dogs). more

Good job, over all 3/15/2011

I think the women who cleaned my home on 3/11 did a good job. They were very nice and wanted me to be happy with their work. They had notes with them and carried them to each room and referred to them frequently. They were also good about asking me questions, when needed. I do want them to get my baseboards next time and there are a few areas on the floors that we can talk about. Over all, I felt they did a good job. Thanks! more

I would give 3.5 stars but that option was not available. There were a couple of areas that weren't as clean as I would have liked but overall they did a good job. I will be using them again. more

Tackled a big job! 3/10/2011

I had been very busy with graduate school and work and needed a service that could tackle my mess. They had a big job ahead of them and I came home impressed. Although, I would have like to see them tackle everything they advertised on the deep cleaning list. Overall they get a 9 out of 10. more
