Horrible standard for engraving. After 2 messed up attempts I ended up having to go elsewhere. Jim, the owner, was useless and RUDE! Told me my expectations were unreasonable and impossible to meet when I complained that my purchase was scratched and engraving completely crooked and uncentered. Will NEVER go here again!!!
