I've been to Polished several times and had 2 small birthday/girls day parties there. All of my visits have been great. The space is beautiful, clean and bright. My manicure lasts twice as long here than any other I've ever had--I don't know what they do or why, but it just lasts longer. I highly recommend making an appointment because they tend to get very busy--especially during peak hours--after work or weekends.
