Best nail salon in Atlanta 4/28/2011

They are the best nail salon in Atlanta. My friends,employees,neighbors all drive 30minutes so Polished. That means we pass over 100 nail salons because they are that GOOD.The Manager and her staff always makes sure everyone is happy with their service.Also the lates nail polish collection at all times.We love the staff and the salon.All you haters please take your anger somewhere else. more

Very chic, clean and sanitary 4/7/2011

Love this place. Very chic, clean and sanitary. Don't expect any massage chairs here. Polish lasts with no chips. Staff is friendly and personal. I do agree with some of the other negative reviews about the front desk - they can seem a little snooty from time to time and you should make an appointment in advance. more

Princess Paradise!!!!! 4/4/2011

WOW! WOW! This place is a princess Paradise!!!!! Clean,sanitary and entertaining. Besides getting excellent manicure and pedicure,i was really impressed with the staff...very accommodating and pleasant to chat with. The owner does a great job of stocking up on cute accessories like jewelry,purses,and clothes. The prices were incredibly affordable, just little more but totally worth it. It is a week later and my polish has NO CHIP. I am totally sold on POLISHED for life. more

Loved it 3/31/2011

I got the sugar manicure–your hands are exfoliated with a chocolate grand marnier sugar souffle scrub, inserted in heated mitts to smooth way dryness, and then treated to a Bavarian cream whipped body frosting moisturizer with a mesage. Every single ingredient smelled divine and my hands were soft and smooth afterward. more

After learning of this Spa from my hair stylist, I decided to give it a try. I am very impressed. On my first visit, I dropped in without an appointment. This is a no no, as the Technicians at Polished have a large Client base. Therefore, it would behoove you to schedule an appointment.I scheduled my appointment and returned for services. The owner and nail technician listened closely to my request and provided the services exactly as requested. And WOW can they polish. I have never had my nails polished quite this well. My appointment was at 5:30 and I was out of there before 6:30. I had the powder gel nails as a service. The cost is competitve and the quality is great. I would recommend Polished to anyone. more

Make an appointment 3/25/2011

I've been to Polished several times and had 2 small birthday/girls day parties there. All of my visits have been great. The space is beautiful, clean and bright. My manicure lasts twice as long here than any other I've ever had--I don't know what they do or why, but it just lasts longer. I highly recommend making an appointment because they tend to get very busy--especially during peak hours--after work or weekends. more

Here's a quickie! I went here because I heard there is a eye brow threader here and since I take this exit to go home I decided to stop in and boy am I happy that I did.This shop is really cute. Looks like one of those boutique nail spas:-O I had my eye brows threaded and she did an awesome job.They have a client for life! more

I really enjoyed my experience. It was easy to make an appointment and the place was nicely decorated and clean. The prices are also quite reasonable. I had a basic pedicure (after a nice foot soak in pink water) and manicure. I also had my eyebrows threaded. The service could have been slightly "warmer" - but I like the fact that they didn't go overboard trying to chat me up. I will definitely go back. more

Best time ever! 3/10/2011

I just had a spa party last evening at Polished and I have to say that I had the best time ever! It was for my 30th birthday and the nail techs did a great job and were so nice and funny! The owner was incredibly accommodating and gracious as we had them working until 10pm and no one even seem to mind at all...Ladies if you and your girls want to get together and do something fun and relaxing, definitely go to Polished!!! more

Love this place 3/7/2011

I love this place! I have been going to Polished for the past year and you can't really top the quality of service . My mani cure usually last over a week without any chips. The place gets busy so it's best to call ahead. They clean everything after each use and don't hurt you when they file and clip your nails( i can't say this for other places). Everyone who works there is good and they only speak in english to each other. more

Awesome services! 2/22/2011

I work for a local non-profit that serves children in Georgia's foster care system (Creative Community Services). In November "Polished" donated their services and treated our girls to their own spa party. The owner and nail technicians were extremely friendly and welcomed our girls with open arms. They went above and beyond to create an inviting, fun, and relaxing atmosphere. Our young ladies were treated to mani/pedis while sipping on juice and enjoying delicious snacks. Teens in foster care are not often given experiences like the one the ladies at Polished provided. Our girls left with individual goody bags, awesome nails, and most importantly, feeling refreshed and pampered! more

Very clean 2/9/2011

I went to Polished for the first time last weekend. I took my mom to get manicures and pedicures for Mother's Day. The service was great, the salon was very clean, and my manicure and pedicure have held up very well. I really enjoyed the experience and I've already booked my next appointment! more

Staff is wonderful 2/3/2011

I have been going to polished for some time now. I have never been disappointed in their service, the staff is wonderful. My manicure and pedicure always last. Try the barefoot on the beach pedi that includes a scrub, mineral mask and warm towel wrap. Also "sweetie" does wonderful brow threading. more

Worth every penny! 1/26/2011

I was very impressed with my first experience at Polished. I made the reservations online, and was emailed a response within a few hours. I showed up on time for my appointment, and was greeted warmly and led to my chair with no wait. I was most impressed by the cleanliness of the shop; having had some issues in the past with shops that didn't property sterilize equipment, Polished was a breath of fresh air. I had a great pedicure (Island Goddess) and a basic manicure. Both were very well done, and I loved that the manicurist was very gentle with my fingernails as I've only recently grown out my nails from a disastrous allergic reaction. This was the first salon I've been to since the summer, and I will definitely go back again. It's a little pricier than some, but for the convenience, professional work and cleanliness it's worth every penny! more

Pristine and contemporary 1/14/2011

very pristine, and contemporary looking spot. it was immaculate and the nail tech who did my mani-pedi was really good. she was nice and quiet, but polite and friendly at the same time. there were some other girls working in there who were kind of hanging out and loudly gossiping at the front-which didn't bother me but i could see how some might come in there and see that as unprofessional. with a discount, i'd definitely go back. especially since it's in west atl!! more

Very reasonable prices 1/14/2011

Some friends and I went here for a birthday mani... couldn't have asked for a better space than Polished! The salon was beautiful, and staff friendly and helpful. Our only slight problem was that although we'd made an appointment for 4 we were each taken to have our nails done at different times resulting in 2 of 4 waiting around for the other 2 for 20 minutes or so. Prices were very reasonable and we learned about their weekend specials, mimosas on Sundays, etc. more

The first time I set my eyes on Polished Beauty Lounge, I was in Aw! I had not ever seen a "nail salon" look so, well, polished!It's the great lengths ,owner Selam Welde, went to make this place so inviting that, will allow Polished Beauty Lounge to service Atlanta for many years to come. more
