I just wanted to comment on how Greg Brendal did his best to keep this un-satisfied customer satisfied. He knew the problems I had with my new re-built motor that the manufacturer wouldn't stand behind would lose a customer. SO, he did the repairs, free of charge, the way it should have been. No thanks to the manufacturer but HUGE thanks to Greg. He does care about his customers. And I was ready to never be a Rosenau customer again. He regained my trust. I just hope and pray when I get my ski back, there are no more problems with the cylinders/pistions/pins. Thanks Rosenau, for not making me an enemy, but yet a remaining loyal customer. more
