Always treat me fair 5/26/2011

I take my bike to rosenau because they always treat me fair and they are honest. They are not the fastest shop but reasonable on time. I suspect that is because they are busy with lots of repair work that other shops can't handle. Phones are hard to get through to somebody in the peak season but I can deal with that. Overall, the store is the best in metro detroit area, and I have tried them all. more

Very helpful 5/10/2011

Everyone involved in the process of my purchase of a Can-Am Spyder was very helpful. The only complaint I have is that after taking it for a test spin around the neighborhood after delivery, I ran out of gas, luckily just as I got back to my house. more

5 diamond service department 4/5/2011

Rosenau has a 5 diamond service department and the Service Manager is a dyno master!!! Never a worry or problem with my 08 R6 when I take it to Greg and company. ALWAYS professional and ALWAYS done right! Very, very satisfied!! more

I will never shop or get serviced anywhere else 3/24/2011

I brought my new Honda Rebel in for service because the brake light was stuck on. Nick was friendly and professional in getting me right in for a diagnostic. Greg, the Service Manager, was also very friendly and got involved in the repair on my behalf. Literally withing 28 mins. my cycle was fixed and I was back on the road! Thank you! I will never shop or get serviced anywhere else more

Remaining loyal customer. 3/22/2011

I just wanted to comment on how Greg Brendal did his best to keep this un-satisfied customer satisfied. He knew the problems I had with my new re-built motor that the manufacturer wouldn't stand behind would lose a customer. SO, he did the repairs, free of charge, the way it should have been. No thanks to the manufacturer but HUGE thanks to Greg. He does care about his customers. And I was ready to never be a Rosenau customer again. He regained my trust. I just hope and pray when I get my ski back, there are no more problems with the cylinders/pistions/pins. Thanks Rosenau, for not making me an enemy, but yet a remaining loyal customer. more

Richard at the store in Dearborn Heights is a fantastic employee. He is the exact type of person you need to help sell things to female riders and others who are new to riding and feel a little overwhelmed when purchasing gear, etc. Big kuddos and thanks to Rich! more

After having a bad experience at another powersport dealership, a family member referred me to Rosenau. I went into Rosenau and from the time I walked into the door until the time I walked out the door, I had nothing less than a great experience. The salesperson gave outstanding customer service and the manager was very concerned with our needs and did everything he could to accomodate us. Not only did I buy a motorcycle with accessories but I to referred friends and family and they made purchases as well because of the customer service there. As long as I am riding, Rosenau will always have my business! Thank you Rosenau! more
