This place has gone down hill and is all hype. Ge this-all those excotic names like "Elle" are fake! They cannot do blond hi lights to save their life. My good friend's hair turned gray. Mine has been messed up twice! First gray-purple and second the dreaded stripes that are so dark and so light it appears gray from a distance and a hot mess up close. I think a lot of people are unhappy with the result but they think,"It's Dolce, this is as good as it gets" People, stand up for yourselves! Call and call until they do it right! They will not be able to stay in business! Don't sulk away like my girlfriend. Ignore the dirty looks. I did some research, they assistants work for free as education! It's actually a loan they take out for learning! Then they owe the salon back for their time by working it back. Weeks of free help! That is how they do all the volume and no quality! I did my research, do yours! Ignore the Love Dolce followers. They will be victims next, or sulk away afraid of the snooty staff.
