I found Precision Plus based on web reviews and was not disappointed. Derrick contacted me promptly to schedule a visit (same day) for a minor faucet issue. I also got a second call from the office to make sure someone had been in touch. Frank arrived during the scheduled service window and was extremely courteous and careful--he used shoe covers and his own mat to protect our floors. After completing the job, Frank did a quick courtesy check on the rest of our plumbing. We were delighted to have such a wonderful experience (and a fair price) with plumbers that are so close to our home. Thanks guys, we'll definitely call you for any future plumbing needs!
