Great Experience and Fast Service 3/16/2011

I found Precision Plus based on web reviews and was not disappointed. Derrick contacted me promptly to schedule a visit (same day) for a minor faucet issue. I also got a second call from the office to make sure someone had been in touch. Frank arrived during the scheduled service window and was extremely courteous and careful--he used shoe covers and his own mat to protect our floors. After completing the job, Frank did a quick courtesy check on the rest of our plumbing. We were delighted to have such a wonderful experience (and a fair price) with plumbers that are so close to our home. Thanks guys, we'll definitely call you for any future plumbing needs! more

Very impressed 9/21/2010

I called and one of their plumbers came out within the hour and solved the problem. James educated me on backflow issues with the house. They really do take 24 hour emergency calls. more

We had a broken garbage disposal. Our plumber came in with shoe covers, a mat, and all necessary equiptment and tools (in the truck so no ordering parts was necessary). He showed me varying plans and warranties along with different price options. He was polite and was done within the hour. more

The plumber was very courteous. He arrived during the two hour time frame that was given and let me know the problem with the kitchen drain and what needed to be fixed/replaced. He gave me an estimate and was able to complete the work that same day. more

Staff was friendly, trustworthy and excellent 7/20/2010

Derrick is absolutely the best contractor that I have ever had. He gave us a feeling of trust and sincerity from the first visit. He was quick, straightforward and effecient with his estimate. He started work within one week of the estimate. He completed my bathrooms in the time he said. Not to mention the cleanliness of him and his staff. They completly covered everything daily, cleaned up and the end of the day. With the exception of the demolition, you would not know he had been there. Staff was friendly, trustworthy and excellent!! I would recommend Precision Plumbing to people that want to have piece of mind, especially if you can't be home to supervise all day. more

I used Precision Plus Plumbing because there was leakage in my bathroom. I thought it was the pipe, but it was something else and they took care of that. It was some caulking that was loose. They also did drain cleaning and they did a major job in my basement. One of my pipes from the water heater was leaking and they repaired and replaced the pipe. more

We had a problem that was diagnosed that involved cutting into a wall and cutting a line. They saved us from doing this and saved us some money. more

The work was beautifully 5/17/2010

Derrick was prompt with an estimate. He was also prompt when the work was done. The work was beautifully done exactly as we had discussed and he also changed the position of the shut-off valve at my recommendation. They removed all the old debris and cleaned the work area. Derrick and his assistant were thorough and professional. more
