We had work done by Air Genie and felt a bit overcharged but giving them the benefit of the doubt we had them come for the free cleaning they offered when we had the work done. Magically they found 1500 dollars more that needed to be done soob and 500 that needed immediate attention 6 months later. When we got a second quote they did not even find half the problems and for what did need to be done it was 1/3 the cost. They said that an experienced tech would have definately seen the problem 6 months ealier. Two problems did not even exist--yes they were made up--fantasy problems. I called air genie 3x for an explanation and two months later I have received no call back. Explain that away Air Genie!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Hide)
