I just want to counter some of the negativity floating around in these reviews about poor customer service. I am getting my windows installed tomorrow and have called the office repeatedly with multiple questions over the last week. I have been treated with kindness and respect by both Mitchell and the woman who usually answers the phone. I can't yet speak about the quality of the work or product itself, but I can speak to the great customer service.
