Couldn't be happier with our new windows. Marcy and Mitchell helped us pick the right windows for our house and had them installed quickly with no problems at all. Mitchell came out to check on everything personally and Marcy was very helpful on the phone (Marcy and Mitchell are the owners) I like working with smaller company contractors as I think you get better personalized service - that is what we got from Window Wholesalers. They were recommended to me by a friend and so I wanted to recommend them as well. Great job and thanks!!! more

Great customer service! 12/10/2013

Just had my windows replaced and these guys were very helpful and my windows look great! They installed the windows quickly and had everything look great in a very short period. I'm surprised to read anyone had a problem with their customer service...Marcy and her team were nothing short of a pleasure to work with. They answered all of my questions along the way and were always polite and courteous. I'm pretty sure they are a family run business so I thinks that's why they take the extra steps in helping the process go nicely. I will use them again. more

Great service better prices 2/6/2013

We just finished the installation process and I had to come online to review the company. They were pleasant through the whole process and the prices beat any other quotes I received. I will be recommending this company. more

best prices so happy with my installed job. clean caulking very exact fit custom bay window came out amazing.I will telleveryone about this company mitchll the owner was so professional. The entire staff was kind and percise with set up installation and follow up.windows are fabulous more

All contacts pleasant... 3/10/2011

I just want to counter some of the negativity floating around in these reviews about poor customer service. I am getting my windows installed tomorrow and have called the office repeatedly with multiple questions over the last week. I have been treated with kindness and respect by both Mitchell and the woman who usually answers the phone. I can't yet speak about the quality of the work or product itself, but I can speak to the great customer service. more

If price quality and professionalism mean anything to you, look no further than Window Wholesalers. Replaced 24 windows with relative ease...It is rare to find people like this anymore more
