As the previous reviewer managment was friendly when showing you the aprartment, but when you move in you will find it hard to get any work done in your apartment that you need done. Over 2 months to fix the lock on my door, didn't know that required brain surgery. You have no control of the heat in your so it's like a sauna both in winer and summer months, unless you opt to pay them more a month for a window a/c unit. All utilities are included which do make them appealing but they for sure tend to cater to the short term tenant not the tenant needing a more long term living solution. If you need a place for only a few months might be the place for you but longer term you'll have issues with temp in your apartment and trying to get maintenace done to it.
