One star is a generous rating for the way were treated. I found a used car online that I knew I wanted no matter what. I was prepared to put money down and also had a trade-in. Unfortunately I had the worst salesperson ever. PAT "HOLLYWOOD" POSEY. My trade-in value was priced thousands of dollars lower than kbb and nada. It was a joke. When we expressed displeasure with the quote he very rudely told us to have a good night and left . When we were leaving I had to retrieve the keys to the trade-in I had and overheard Pat and the Guy who quotes the trade-in value laughing and talking about us until they noticed me standing behind them. This is the worst representation for a dealership and he is a HORRIBLE RUDE person that I will have absolutely have nothing to do with. I feel sorry for anyone that ends up with him as their salesperson.
