I bought an expensive leather sectional (6000$) I had problems with it immediately. they sent out a claims representative who determined there was a problem...piece by piece problems occured to the point where they agreed to take the item back. Eventhough they determined the piece to be defective they would only give a store credit. I really didnt want to purchase morre from them as there was nothing else they carried that interested me. H.
