I bought an expensive leather sectional (6000$) I had problems with it immediately. they sent out a claims representative who determined there was a problem...piece by piece prob...

Do NOT buy here 8/2/2018

Bought a leather chair and after a year, it's totally a mess. Poor quality. You would do better going to American Furniture and pay less with better quality. Dealt with Todd Brundrett for a refund and he's a real piece of work in that he really does not care about the quality and customer satisfaction. more

Love Norwood 5/31/2011

I love my new furniture! They were even early with the delivery on Saturday! It was so great and we happened to find 2 antique end table on Saturday that we just loved. Everything came out so beautiful! We cant thank Norwood enough for the time they spent with us, not to mention how fun it was. We will use them again, when we decorate our front room. more

Norwood was awesome and gave our family great service. I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate their extra effort in bringing my bed frames over and setting them up. Seldom do you find that kind of service anymore. Norwood has great employees! more

Wonderful Service 4/18/2011

Norwood furniture was amazing. Because of their service we continue to return to Norwood. We have had such horrible experiences with the “top name” companies that over promise and under deliver that we have decided to shop Norwood exclusively. There is ALWAYS something new a Norwood and plenty of selections for any budget. more

Very Patient 3/18/2011

I bought a bed from Norwood furniture last fall. It took me several trips to decide, as it was an important decision due to my various neck and pain injuries, but Kevin was very patient and kind with me. He was even humorous and always very informative. The bed we choose has even helped with my neck and back problems. If I ever need anything else for my home, I will be visiting Norwood. more

I only shop at Norwood 3/8/2011

Norwood is the only store I would ever consider purchasing items for my home. My first visit I met Kevin and the experience of selecting pieces was very warming and comfortable. He took the time to review options on pieces and what would work for me in my dining room and discussed the pros and cons. I was never put into a position of being forced to purchase an item I didn’t want. All my guests compliment me on my dining room. more

Good: ?. Bad: claims process. Improvements: customer service. Other: ????? Poor claims process chris m. 2 Norwood Furniture Sales Inc I bought an expensive leather sectional (6000$) I had problems with it immediately. they sent out a claims representative who determined there was a problem...piece by piece problems occured to the point where they agreed to take the item back. Eventhough they determined the piece to be defective they would only give a store credit. I really didnt want to purchase morre from them as there was nothing else they carried that interested me. Furniture experts 2/18/2011

Over the past several months, I’ve spent quite a lot of time at Norwood shopping for furniture, accessories and window treatments for my home. I had the good fortune and pleasure to work with Hazelyn as my design consultant. When friends and family visit my home, they not only admire the beautiful furniture and surrounds, but also comment about how everything is perfectly coordinated. Early on, I realized that I could rely on Hazelyn’s expertise and sound judgment to recommend specific furniture, accessories and window treatments that would make my own something special. In this regard, Hazelyn exceeded my expectations. Norwood’s service department was also wonderful. Sometimes, the after-sale service one receives from a store leaves a lot to be desired, this is not the case with Norwood Furniture. When I required in-home service after the sale, the service was prompt and the problem was always corrected to my satisfaction. more

Definitely Recommended!!! 1/25/2011

We would definitely recommend Norwood Furniture. our salesperson, Maria was very knowledgeable and helped us decide on what pieces and colours we needed for our 2 rooms. She pointed us in a direction we never would have chosen ourselves but the results were beautiful and just what we wanted! She even came to our home with the upholstery so we could see for ourselves how the colours went beautifully with what we already had for rugs and tile. The quality of the product and the service is exceptional!! more

My experience at Norwood was very pleasant from the moment I entered the store, I was greeted with a smile and an array of warmth and friendly employees. Kelly was extremely helpful and knew the product I was purchasing well. She was patient, kind and very nice to deal with. I would recommend Norwood to anyone in the market for furniture. more
