I was in the beauty industry so my standards are fairly high when it comes to having services done. It was a treat for me to have a manicure and pedicure since I rarely do that for myself. I have to say for spending $84 including tip, it was not worth it. Krista, who I believe is a stylist and not a nail tech, did my mani-pedi. She and the other stylist talked more about themselves than I would like to know. I was there with my girlfriend and I felt like we couldn't enjoy a girl's day with each other because of the constant chit chat and interruptions by the stylists working on us. When it comes to beauty services, it should always be about the customer. There were many steps of the manicure and pedicure that were skipped or forgotten. My tips were not soaked. I never got cuticle oil or my cuticles pushed back or nipped. My nails were never buffed. The manicure table was dirty. My nails started chipping the very same day. Way too expensive, to not feel pampered. All in all I was completely dissatisfied. I will never go Bak 4 More !!
