This place is horrible. I will just say that my newborn baby suffered all night because their neonatal staff is incompetent and failed to recognize the cause of her breathing distress. Even at our request, they refused to transfer her to a well-equipped NICU until the next morning when it was clear that they did not know what they were doing. My mom is a mother-baby nurse (has been for 40 years and they wouldn't listen to her). Not to mention that they CANNOT file insurance claims correctly causing me to have to pay more out of pocket than I should. I have been trying to fix their mistake for 6 months and no success - their billing department is too lazy and incompetent to file the claim again. I LOVE my OB but would never allow the neonatal staff near any baby. Their billing department makes me want to tear my hair out. The L&D nurses and postpartum nurses were wonderful though.
