I never thought I'd give a car dealership a 5 star rating either but SBVW earned it! I generally loathe the car buying process (who doesn't?) - the cheesy salesmen, the price negotiation BS, and all the other run-around that comes with the territory. However, SBVW actually made it a *pleasant* experience for me this time around.
