I have been with Al's Oil Service for a long time, and I have never really had a problem until now. The service is absolutely horrible. The woman was rude and unhelpful. To make a long story short, she would not let me speak to a manager nor would she tell me her name or job title, she did not care what I had to say, she kept repeating "don't yell at me", in front of her coworkers, when I asked to speak to someone other than herself, she would not allow that. So maybe its time Al's oil service re-evalutes there employees. more

I personally apologize for any rudeness. This was an extraordinary winter and we tried our best to keep our customers warm, but that is no excuse for rude service. We had a new employee this past Winter, unfortunately she did not have the temperament to handle a busy season. We tried to coach her in better customer service, but in the end we made the hard decision to let her go. We train our employees that even if the customer is yelling, we need to listen to what they are saying and try and solve their problem. It is unfortunate that one bad interaction spoils years of good service.
