BILLING DEPT. HORRIBLE. STILL TRYING TO GET THEM TO SEND BILLS TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY - OVER 1 YEAR LATER. PHYSICAL THEREPY DEPT. WOULD NOT CLARIFY BILLINGS FOR ME - NOT SURE IF GOT SERVICES BILLED FOR. VERY DIFFICULT TO GET STRAIGHT ANSWER ON BILLING /INSURANCE QUESTIONS - RUN AROUND. SENT LETTER TO PRESIDENT OF HOSP. NOT MUCH HELP. I WILL GO TO BARNES IN ST. LOUIS NEXT TIME - HAVE BEEN THERE WITH NO PROBLEMS WITH INSURANCE/BILLING ISSUES - THEY SUBMITTED ACCURATELY AND ON TIME, UNLIKE MEMORIAL.
