IF REALLY SICK - GO TO ST. LOUIS HOSPITALS 12/28/2011

BILLING DEPT. HORRIBLE. STILL TRYING TO GET THEM TO SEND BILLS TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY - OVER 1 YEAR LATER. PHYSICAL THEREPY DEPT. WOULD NOT CLARIFY BILLINGS FOR ME - NOT SURE IF GOT SERVICES BILLED FOR. VERY DIFFICULT TO GET STRAIGHT ANSWER ON BILLING /INSURANCE QUESTIONS - RUN AROUND. SENT LETTER TO PRESIDENT OF HOSP. NOT MUCH HELP. I WILL GO TO BARNES IN ST. LOUIS NEXT TIME - HAVE BEEN THERE WITH NO PROBLEMS WITH INSURANCE/BILLING ISSUES - THEY SUBMITTED ACCURATELY AND ON TIME, UNLIKE MEMORIAL. more

memorial hosp 11/8/2006

i just got out of memorial hospital, and for a hospital its a great one. i use to go to other hospitals just to be very dissappointed in there lack of service, and compassion. i have been going to the hospital close to where i live, with the same symptons, only to be told every time that it was a viral infection. well the pain came back again, so we decided to go to memorial, and they found the problem right away doing a catscan. i was admitted right away, and got my very own private room. the room wasn't even like a normal hospital room, it was very nicely decorated, and had like a bedroom type atmosphere. they found out i had a luped bowl leading into my small intestine. i was well taken care of by three different doctors, and will always use this hospital for now on. more
