I originally purchased my Honda CRV from Penske Honda. Since then, I have taken it back to them for general maintenance. Calling them to set up an appointment is easy and I really enjoy interating with the service personnel. They are extremely friendly and helpful - just like they were a member of your extended family. Their waiting area is pleasant. There is a large color television, plenty of vending machines, and complimentary coffee and breakfast pastries. When they need to speak with you about unexpected work, you are always approached in a very tactful, non-condescending way - something I appreciate very much. No question seems dumb. If there is one thing I could change about their service is that their turnaround time on provided shuttle service would be quicker. Sometimes it take me about an hour to get to my destination due to the number of other people that have to catch a ride to their destination.
