I brought my vehicle in due to a leak in the oil plug seal. The tech writer indicated that the seal was their fault, it should have been replaced when I had my vehicle in for a 15,000 mile service. I am impressed by the staff willing to stand up and accept responsibility for issues they should have taken care of earlier.
