Our kitchen sink/garbage disposal was very clogged. The plumber who came out was very knowledgeable and pretty fast. He made sure the problem was solved and double checked for new leaks in the pipes below the sink. The only downside was that he was later (about a 1/2 hour late) than was promised to us when we made the call to schedule service.
However, I would still use them again.
