Good: The quality of the shoes is very high, but the real draw of the store is the excellent service. They can custom-fit you for insoles. The staff was friendly, patient, and completely knowledgeable-- the management makes sure they have studied up on foot issues and the shoes they sell. Our salesperson was patient, friendly, and explained everything about shoe fit and foot issues. They have great brands like New Balance, SAS, Munro, Keens, etc.-- which are all high quality comfortable shoes. Bad: The prices are generally retail price for the shoes that they sell, which are high quality shoes. However, I feel that the service and the long-term benefit of having shoes that fit are worth it.. Other: For people with foot issues, they have a computerized system that assesses the pressure points in your feet so that they can properly fit you for insoles. I have rarely experienced such patient, helpful, and knowledgeable retail staff. Especially if you're on your feet a lot-- this store is worth a visit!.
