I recently moved to Ellensburg from Seattle and decided to try this place out. I left the office so frustrated and upset. Dr Walters and his staff spent 30 minutes asking me about my pain and symptoms but did not hear anything I was saying. When I explained how a muscle relaxer made me feel groggy and out of it his response was to double the dose. When I told him I would like massage as part of my treatment plan he told me P.T. would be the same. I felt he was incompetent and rude. I would never go here again, and would never tell anyone else to go to this office either. I will be continuing my treatment in Seattle. THAT is how bad this experience was.
