Terrible Return Policy and Customer Service 1/4/2011

Good: I did like the fact that they carried Brighton jewelry but they have lost me as a regular customer.. Bad: Terrible return policy! I have spent hundreds of dollars in their store on Brighton jewelry over the past few years. I have taken many friends and family members there to buy jewelry, also. Never again! My sister bought several Brighton pieces there on November 26 (Black Friday) and wanted to exchange it after x-mas (Dec 28) when she was back in Madison. They were not willing to make an exception even with Christmas. And she wanted to exchange it for a more expensive bracelet but they didn't care. .. Improvements: They need to revise their return policy or no one will shop there. I am freely sharing my experience with anyone and everyone I know hoping to give them the "free" advertising that no store wants! All I've read on line is how terrible their return policy is and how terrible their customer service is. A store can't last long wtih that reputation.. Other: Steer clear of Cornblooms!!. more
