My second negative incident with this shoe store, this time the store ordered boots for me and 6 weeks later they have no idea where they are, when they will arrive or what is causing the delay. Not a kind word from anyone who I spoke with on one of my many calls. I paid for the boots when they ordered them and one would think they had sense enough to keep track of delayed orders.
They never-once- contacted me to update me on the delay. When I called for the last time and told them to refund my credit card, there was not even an apology about the situation.
The store owners have some work to do! Update their customer service training and get a computer so when a customer calls they can look up their order on the computer! Good grief they couldn't even do that for me. AARGH
