While we ate at many great restaurants in Santa Fe, Trattoria Nostrani was clearly number one. The food was outstanding and Chef Nelli's early experience working with Charlie Trotter is certainly evident in every dish we were served. The wait staff was both professional and personable and everyone was attentive and knowledgeable. Overall It was a great experience made even better by a "no fragrance" policy that ensured we were able to enjoy our meal without having to deal with someone's over zealous application of perfume. We only wish more high end restaurants would adopt this rule.
