I was very impressed with the great work that Allen Service provided me last weekend when my water heater finally gave out, and even more impressed when i opened my mailbox yesterday and read a personalized "thank you" card from my service technician... heartfelt and sincere. They also called the day after my installation to make sure everything was working fine and that I was happy with the work done. I really like this company.
