These folks really are all about what people say about them. This is a first class and high quality minded company that really pays attention to details. They probably saved the lives of my family, if not at least grave sickness caused by CO poisening. They were able to quickly diagnoss a dangerous problem that another well known service company could not figure out. I really trust these people and I am very glad I decided to call them. more

quick and clean service 11/1/2010

Thank you for the quick and clean service work you guys gave me last week on my sewer backing up problem. Your man came out to do a simple drain back up and discovered we had a huge problem with roots intruding our sewer in the front yard. His vidio camera showed me exactly what the problem was and after getting the drain flowing again, came up with a stratigy to permanently fix it. I really like the idea of replacing the damaged sewer without causing damage to our landscaping, and a lot less expensive than I thought it would be. Thank you. more

Constant contact 10/20/2010

I really appreciated the constant contact that the office people that Allen Service provided me on the day of my plumbing emergency last week. Even though their schedule was full when I called, they went way out their way to work me into their schedule… they were here within an hour and called twice to let me know the status of my call and when to expect the service man. The service man showed up with a smile and was ready to take care of my situation. What a pleasure it is to do business with a first class company. I will recommend Allen Service to all my friends and neighbors. more

Outstanding job 10/18/2010

Your service tech did an outstanding job of explaining all my option to choose from on our new water heater. We decided to spend a little more money on the high recovery model with the very high efficiency ratings so that as our family grows, we will still have plenty of hot water to use. No other company even came close to the level of care and the time it took to explain everything. I'm your newest lifetime customer for sure. Thank you. more

Thorough in everything 10/14/2010

A huge thanks to Allen Service for being so thorough in everything they do. They found a potentially dangerous situation that was caused by some remodeling we had done this summer. We had our home resided and the siding contractor inadvertently covered up a few grills that allowed the air used for combustion in our furnace and water heater. We just had Allen out to do our annual check-up and they found immediately, dangerous amounts of carbon monoxide in our basement area and it was moving up to the rest of the home. They fixed the problem and the carbon monoxide went away. This could have saved our lives and most certainly kept us from getting very sick this winter. I absolutely recommend Allen Service to all my friends and neighbors. more

Excellent care 10/12/2010

Even in today's economic times, Allen Service does not cut any corners when it comes to providing excellent care. Your man asked some great questions regarding how we use our kitchen… we love to entertain… and he showed us several options that meet our needs. We decided on the touch faucet that we see on the cooking channel all the time and Wow, is it the best innovation in years. My husband and I love it and now our neighbors want one too. Allen's top quality installation is what make the whole thing work perfectly. I highly recommend Allen Service to all my friends and family. more

Thank you Allen Service for the excellent pre-season heating check-up and plumbing inspection. My friend recommended you as a service company and I see why she trusts you. Your technician found a sewer leak in the crawl space that had been going on for years and was starting to cause damage to the foundation. I have used three other companies over the years and none of them caught the issue and were certainly not as thorough as your man was. you people really are as good as they say. Thank you for protecting me and my home. more

Expertise was excellent 10/4/2010

Kevin was excellent, his knowledge and his expertise was excellent. No one had mentioned needing a return air and the circulation of air flow is so much better! He went above and beyond by addressing items that he didn't need to. That is the kind of customer service that I really like and appreciate and it's something that you've always done, but Kevin was just exceptional. more

Very impressed 9/27/2010

I was very impressed with the great work that Allen Service provided me last weekend when my water heater finally gave out, and even more impressed when i opened my mailbox yesterday and read a personalized "thank you" card from my service technician... heartfelt and sincere. They also called the day after my installation to make sure everything was working fine and that I was happy with the work done. I really like this company. more

Best service company 9/23/2010

Great people!!! Great company!!! We just had our annual maintenance check up performed by Allen Service and every year I'm more impressed than the year before. On last year's check we decided to wait another year before replacing our old water heater. Your man provided us with several options based on our "actual lifestyle" usage of hot water in our home. we decided that a tankless water heater was the best solution to our needs. Wow!!! What a difference!!! Your guy wasn't kidding when he said "endless hot water". Now we don't need to time our showers or space the timing between them. I recommend Allen Services to all my friends because you really are the best service company in Colorado... maybe anywhere. more

Huge attention to every detail 9/21/2010

The reason I called Allen was because of the great posts I read on their reviews. I can honestly say that after using this fine company, that these positive coments are true...plus more. These people really like working for Allen Service. Huge attention to every detail and really cleaning up when the work is done are very important to me. I signed up for their service partner plan so I can experience their great care at least once a year. more

Very helpful and understanding 9/20/2010

Finally i have found a compay that really understands customer care. The person answering the phone was very helpful and understanding as i explained my emergency. I was called back by another person to keep me informed regarding my schedule as I was running several errands in town that day. and the best part was how great the service person was. He had our A/C system up and running in no time and our home was cool and comfy that afternoon. The whole expereince was a real pleasure even though my issue was not an easy one to deal with. your company is first class and I will recommend you to all my friends and neighbors. more

Thank you for the excellent job you did replacing my sewer last week. You were in and out in a day with your new trenchless machine. Your techs were very friendly and kept me informed on the project every step of the way. I have always been a fan of Allen Service because of their attention to customer service and how good their people really are. We have a large family living all over Fort Collins and we all use Allen. Excellent Company!!! more

A real Gem 9/2/2010

thanks again for the great service. you guys just gave my hearting and cooling system its annual check-up and last year your tech recommended a humidifier for the dry winter season and so we decided to install thae new steam humidifier now so we will be ready for this year. Alec is a real gem and we love the way he takes time to explain everything to us before we make a choice. i love your personnalized than k you cards we receive from the guys in the mail, what a thoughtful touch, You folks are the best of the best. more

I think that your people are the best anywhere. the amount of customers care training they receive must be up there with any world class company. you guys simply blew me away with the care and sincerity i received from Alec this week. Our new water heater is working like a champ. i even went for the much more expensive option, and it's performing even better than expected. We have a house full of teenagers....trust me, we use a lot of water. Great job from a great company more

Thank you for sending Alec to take care of me again. Now my plumbing is running smoothly. Once again he camerad my sewer really needs to be replaced. He told me about your new trenchless sewer replacement process and how we could save my landscaping with my 100 year old trees and that was all i needed to know. next week you guys are going to replace my old warn out sewer with a new one. i have been an allen customer for over 25 years and seriously love you folks. more
