Customer service. The people that work the floor to help people are never helpful until you search them down and ask for help and then you are lucky to just get a finger pointed toward what they think you are looking for. I go there for many years now but only for convenience. I have heard them swear#!#!#!# and had them say I can't help you right now. As a woman I struggle through some hardware issues and would like to have someone care. I don't take a lot of their time but they don't want to give customers any. Need some real customer service training.
