In contrast to other reviews attacking the owner and stores customer service, this week my wife and I spent several hours across multiple days with the staff and I with the owner, Jim, for a couple of hours reviewing our current tackle for repairs, upgrades etc. and found his customer service and knowledge to be far superior to any I've received from other local shops. That the final assembly of all repair reels is either overseen or performed by the owner in a business with plenty of capable staff speaks volumes to Jim’s commitment to customers.
