We just had a service tech (Wade) come to our house on Christmas Eve, and we just wanted to pass on that he was a hard worker, fast and very friendly. Wade was a wonderful person who even got stuck in the snow! He stayed both positive and very friendly despite the terrible weather and situation. We just wanted to let Wade and his superiors know that he represented the company well, and we will certainly be telling everyone of the excellent and responsive service. This issue has made it a very financially difficult and stressful Holiday Season for us, and Wade and Mr. Rooter has made it a little better.
