I want to commend and compliment a few of your employees. I recently purchased a 2011 Ford F-250 from Henry Day Ford and dealt with Dave and Michael throughout the process of deciding options and purchase price. Both of these guys were knowledgeable and helpful in helping me and my wife make our choices and decisions. They know what they’re doing and treated us with respect and courtesy every time we met with them. Dave is one of the most down to earth guys I have met and I felt like I could call him anytime with questions or concerns. Great sales staff!
And then yesterday I came by Henry Day Ford to ask about some accessories for my new truck (a tool box for the bed and rubber floor mats). I was treated like I was the most important customer that day. Brandon, the Parts Department Manager, helped me with my requests. He has some of the best customer relations skills I have experienced. Great guy, and needs to be recognized for his excellent customer service and personality. I was really impressed with Brandon so please acknowledge his efforts. I purchased the accessories I was looking for so Brandon turned me over to Jake, the Fast Lane Manager. Again I was treated with skill and consideration. Jake is another exceptional employee and I hope you also recognize his skill and expertise.
