Henry Day Auto & Truck SVC

It is hard to find dealers that do not charge an arm and a leg for vehicle maintenance services. I went in to this dealer based upon a coupon I had received and they really impressed me. I usually get my oil changes at the dedicated oil change places but always dread dealing with hs dropouts making up issues with my vehicle. This dealer was very professional. more

Michael Midgley is a liar. Bought car from him, lied about condition of car and paid way too much for the vehicle. Ask for a different sales rep if he approaches you at Henry Day Ford. more

The oil change lane representatives seem to be professional and love their jobs. The oil change process does take longer than expected on average. more

WE BOUGHT A NEW 2011 FORD TAURUS SHO. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE TO DEAL WITH THE GUYS AT HENRY DAY FORD. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND NOT STUFFED SHIRTS LIKE A LOT OF PLACES WE WENT. YOU COULD JOKE AROUND WITH THEM AND FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. WE WERE TREATED VERY GOOD, EVEN THOUGH I KEPT CHANGING MY MIND ABOUT OPTIONS AND COLORS ON THE CAR, THEY NEVER GOT FRUSTRATED. This is the 2nd vehicle we have bought from Henry Day and both times we worked with Dave. I had gone to multiple car dealerships and I hated every minute of it. Dave has made buying a car great experience rather then something I would normally dread. I love the fact that the price on the car is what you pay and it's not through the roof expensive. I had a very good experience with this Dealership. Their one fair price/salaried Employees meant there was no pressure to buy. I much prefer this type of buying experience. "Roy is very very accommodating. He does not make you feel uncomfortable or that he is hurrying you for a sale. We came in with a car in mind, my son couldn't fit to drive in it. While we were driving, and Roy let us go alone, he was pulling up the details of the deal on his computer. We came in and said sorry won't work, he cheerfully said ok lets walk around and find something else. We decided to look at trucks and he walked around the whole lot unlocking every truck we wanted. We took the truck for a ride and he stayed behind doing the paper work again, and we came in the office area to sign on and found a car in the store that worked perfect. So we started over again and we did buy this one. We also had a trade in that was valued and the next day he found a better price for us and gave us more money. Now who does that!!!! No car dealership or salesman that I know of. We have purchased five cars there in 13 months and it is because of Ford's great product and because of Roy and his partner Hawk being exceptional salesman.!!!" more

They made my appointment the day prior and when i arrived at noon they were ready for me. had my door fixed and I was on my way in 1 hour. When it came to the price of my repair I was pleasantly surprised how little it cost. while I waited I was able to have lunch at their onsite restaurant! Nice surprise... more

This was one of the best experiences I have had buying a car. I had traveled about 250 miles for medical reasons, when my car started giving trouble. I orginally stopped to compare cars, but ended up driving away with a new one. Roy was so kind and helpful, it felt like talking to a friend.
