The doc is not worth waiting hours to see and then you usually end up with his know nothing nurse practioner. You have to tell her what kind of medicine you need. They are both nothing but script writers....if that is what you're looking for..As for asking the staff to get you your records, they make you pay, but they are never ready when you go to get them even months later and no one behind the glass will help you. None of the staff knows where anything is and the don't have the phone number of the staff person who would know. Imagine that they don't have phone numbers of the people who work there,,,,they just enjoy blowing people off. When you really need them, don't count on them. Do yourself a favor and go some where else for your medical needs.
