The doc is not worth waiting hours to see and then you usually end up with his know nothing nurse practioner. You have to tell her what kind of medicine you need. They are both nothing but script writers....if that is what you're looking for..As for asking the staff to get you your records, they make you pay, but they are never ready when you go to get them even months later and no one behind the glass will help you. None of the staff knows where anything is and the don't have the phone number of the staff person who would know. Imagine that they don't have phone numbers of the people who work there,,,,they just enjoy blowing people off. When you really need them, don't count on them. Do yourself a favor and go some where else for your medical needs. more

I have been a patient at Dr. Mehdi's office for 6 years. I have gone to many different Dr's offices in the past and have had horrific experiences there, and they have all been the same..the staff treats you like your a criminal and the providers talk to you like your worthless after waiting hours for their attention. When I came to Dr. Mehdi's office it was like a "breathe of fresh air". The staff made me feel like a member of their own family.Dr. Mehdi and Cheryl made feel literally loved not worthless, like all the other doctors and nurses practioners that I have seen in the past. Me and my family has been with Dr Mehdi for past 7 years. I plan to grow old with him. Cheryl, Sandy, Jess, Reba, Janet are some amazing people. They really care. They fight for the patient. It is no secret that all the delays are caused by the paper work generated by the insurance companies. There is a shortage of Primary Care and dr Mehdi and his staff has never let us down. We all pray for you and your staff as you all have been a blessing for me and my family. I AGREE WITH THE OTHER PERSON REGARDING THE STAFF. EVERY TIME YOU ASK THEM TO DO SOMETHING FOR YOU THEY WONT.. OR SAY THEY ARE TOO BUSY, BUT EVERY TIME YOU GO IN THEY ARE SITTING AROUND GOSSIPING, GREAT DOCTOR...CRAPPY STAFF. THEY ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, TALK OPENLY ABOUT PATIENTS, NEVER FOLLOW UP ANYTHING FOR YOU. YOU HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING YOURSELF, THIS IS SAD BECAUSE DR. I have been with Dr Mehdi for over 5 years. He has been my doctor , my families doctor, my extended families doctor, my neighbors doctor and now even my co-workers doctor. All through word a mouth. Dr Mehdi is the maverick of how health care should be delivered. His staff is EXCELLENT !!! He gives all of us his cell number. It is so comforting to have access to my doctor all the time. Dr Mehdi has always been there for us. Always smiling and from the moment you see him he calms your soul, take your fears, removes your pain and fight your battles with you. Great practice! I have been seeing Dr. Mehdi for a few years now and could not be happier with him or his practice. Appointments are easy to schedule and I never spend a lot of time waiting in the office. I have never had a doctor spend so much time with me on each appointment. Dr. Mehdi is very thorough and pleasant. more
