Good: They seemed to know what they were talking about.. Bad: Horrible communication. Nobody seems to know what is going on over there.. Improvements: Better communication.. Other: I had my liner done by them and basically waited around 2 weeks to have them come back and open pool just to then find out that I need a new filter and pump which delayed using the pool another 2 weeks. So when it was 100 outside I got to sit and look at a half full pool. Ended up spending around $8000 and they treated me like a bought $10 in chlorine. No instruction on how to use any of the equipment or owners manuals provided. Had to look up on internet on how to clean filter. Won't be using them anymore..
