Good: They seemed knowledgeable at the time.. Bad: They have the worst customer service, zero communication skills and put FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD.. Improvements: Them to close there doors.. Other: I hired B & B (huge mistake) to completely redo my pool. I paid about $4000 for a liner and about another $3000 for filters and pumps. The liner got creases and fell off and one of the pumps died after 2 months. They charged my credit card for almost $1000 without telling me to fix the liner which I thought was warrantied. No one there knows what is going on. I had the worst experience with them and advise anyone looking for a pool company to look somewhere else!. more

B&B turned our backyard into a beautiful haven! The quality of the construction seems unbeatable and they even did the gorgeous landscaping around the pool! Our kids love the water slide and the overall design makes it so easy to entertain! more

Other: I had my liner done by them and basically waited around 2 weeks to have them come back and open pool just to then find out that I need a new filter and pump which delayed using the pool another 2 weeks. So when it was 100 outside I got to sit and look at a half full pool. Ended up spending around $8000 and they treated me like a bought $10 in chlorine. No instruction on how to use any of the equipment or owners manuals provided. Had to look up on internet on how to clean filter. Won't be using them anymore.. more

I RECENTLY WENT SHOPPING AT THIS STORE LOOKING FOR AN OUTDOOR HOT TUB FOR MY HOUSE. THIS PLACE IS WAY HIGH END. THE DIFFERENT HOT TUBS THEY CARRIED WERE ENDLESS, BUT THEN AGAIN SO WERE THEIR PRICES. THIS IS A VERY PRICY PLACE, IF YOU DON'T HAVE BIG BUCKS..DON'T BOTHER WALKING IN. THE MERCHANDISE IS BEAUTIFUL...IT'S QUALITY.. THE STAFF IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DOESN'T PUT PRESSURE ON YOU TO BUY WHICH IS NICE. THE GUY EXPLAINED A LOT TO ME..ABOUT DIFFERENT KINDS OF HOT TUBS. I LEARNED A LOT BY VISITING THE STORE..BUT TO BE HONEST THE PRICES WERE WAY TOO HIGH FOR ME. I WILL SHOP AROUND AND FIND A BETTER DEAR. IF YOU DON'T MIND SPENDING A LOT..THIS PLACE IS GREAT TO BUY FROM. IT'S LOCAL..AND THEY ARE EXPERTS..IT'S JUST A MATTER OF WHETHER YOU HAVE THE CASH OR NOT. more
