The sales people were very kind and helpful,we did have a problem with the guys who loaded the furniture,they damaged it,we had to drive all the way back from blanchard to return it in the pouring rain.I wasnt very impressed with the loaders,they seem to think it was a joke.I spoke to Michael the manager in recieving which was very helpful.They did end up giving us a gift cert,so we went back and bought a end table.Other than that we love our new furniture and would go back
