Good: They gave me a quote to "look" at my TV over the phone. I dropped it off. They told me 3-4 days they would call me with what was wrong. They call 4 days later and told me what was wrong and how much to fix it. They stayed open a little late so I could pick up my TV.
The price was good.. Bad: The reviews online almost made me not use them.. Improvements: It's a TV repair shop. So I did not expect much and it is what it is.. Other: It was not much to get the bulb in my DLP replaced. $275. I looked at doing it myself for $200 and there is no way..
