SLOW - S L O W - S L O W!!!!

Good: They gave me a quote to "look" at my TV over the phone. I dropped it off. They told me 3-4 days they would call me with what was wrong. They call 4 days later and told me what was wrong and how much to fix it. They stayed open a little late so I could pick up my TV. The price was good.. Bad: The reviews online almost made me not use them.. Improvements: It's a TV repair shop. So I did not expect much and it is what it is.. Other: It was not much to get the bulb in my DLP replaced. $275. I looked at doing it myself for $200 and there is no way.. more

Good selection 12/6/2005

A very satisfactory experience overall. It was very easy to find what I was looking for, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. It was a good experience overall, though it could have been more organized and was quite clean as well. The product was very good, and did last quite awhile, though the warranty purchased would have covered any unknowns. more

If you need fix, and don't want to buy another TV 8/16/2005

These people are excellant if your TV broke and you are not ready ot purchase another, high priced one. They come and do pick-up and drop off for 50 dollars, while other places charge double that. Although service is a little slow, up to two weeks at times, they always come out in the end and fix the problem. When they brought mine back and it broke again, they came back out and looked at it agian free of charge. I definitaly recommend this place if your tv needs repair! more
