Good: Their sales and parts counter staff were extremely knowledgable and responsive. My son purchased a YZ250F from them, and they took the time to walk him around the bike and set him up with proper equipment for racing. I found them to be fair, responsive, friendly and outgoing. I have had a lot of experience with motorcycle shops (BMW, Honda, Aprilia, Triumph, Ducati) and I think they have one of the better ones..
