Good: Their sales and parts counter staff were extremely knowledgable and responsive. My son purchased a YZ250F from them, and they took the time to walk him around the bike and set him up with proper equipment for racing. I found them to be fair, responsive, friendly and outgoing. I have had a lot of experience with motorcycle shops (BMW, Honda, Aprilia, Triumph, Ducati) and I think they have one of the better ones.. more

POOR BUSINESS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! 6/11/2009

I purchased a defective tire from Palouse Country Sports which they mounted on a bent rim. When I took it back to them they won't repair/replace either. Now I'm stuck with a defective tire and bent rim... After speaking with some local attorneys, it turns out that I'm not the only one to have a similar experience. If you choose to patronize this business, good luck. more

Good selection 9/23/2005

This shop is provides genuine Yamaha parts and service. They also sell new motorcycles and ATV's. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable. They have a very good selection and can get you anything you need. They promote rider safety and have classes to help beginners get some experience. more

Yamaha motorcycles and 4-wheelers 8/21/2005

you don't see a lot of highly specialized motorcycle shops like this in rual areas. this shop is provides moscow and surrounding area with genuine Yamaha parts and service. very specialized. of course they also sell new and used motorcycles and 4-wheelers. the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. if you need something in motor sports or a 4-wheelers for use in the nearby national forests, stop by to see their good selection. recommended. more
